We hope that everyone had a good Easter break and that getting back into the usual routine hasn’t been too painful. Campus in the City is now into its final three weeks, but we’ve got some fantastic events coming up.
Whether you’re interested in the enviroment and land ownership in the local area, health and child development or getting your hands on the right job for you, we have something for you…
Tuesday was very much about the enviroment, featuring the first of our public discussions with the Richardson Institute for Peace Studies, on taking care of the local area, followed by another successful ‘Adopt A Pot’ session with Green Lancaster.
Today (Wednesday) sees the second roundtable discussion, this time focussing on promoting good health for Morecambe Bay. This afternoon, we welcome back Lancaster and Morecambe College for another #MyDreamCareer session.
Tomorrow sees an exciting interactive exhibition hosted by Storey G2, on the issue of land ownership and usage, looking at Freeman’s Wood. On Friday and Saturday, we will be welcoming Lancaster Babylab, who will be demonstrating how babies and small children leanr about the world around them through exploration and play.
