We’re in Week 4!

Week 4, already? Absolutely! We’re getting towards the halfway point of the project, but the pace isn’t letting up with another week of events for everyone.

The week begins on Tuesday 5th April with a session for anyone who wants to carry on their studies but can’t commit to a full degree. Our online learning team will be joining us to showcase some of the free, online courses you can follow with tutors from Lancaster University. From food security to how flu spreads, or from poetry and place to palliative care, there’s a course for you!

We will be hosting two events on Wednesday 6th with our Employability and Recruitment Service returning in the morning with a host of job opportunities and CV help, before our Executive Chef joins us for an interactive cookery demonstration in the afternoon. Those free samples won’t eat themselves!

On Thursday, we will be welcoming in some local solicitors for a session on Insolvency Law, before we look at why Lancaster is such a great place to live and study with our UK Student Recruitment Office. If you have any questions about coming to Lancaster, these are the people to ask!

And we end our fourth week on Saturday 9th April with something quite special, as we welcome back (by popular demand) our racing car and the Engineering students who build and race it. Don’t forget to call in for a look.

We look forward to seeing you here soon!
